Part I: 6:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M. Public Participation
- Call to Order

- Guests: Stuart Saginor, Katherine Roth; State CPC Directors will present a power point presentation on CPC Rules and Regulations.
- Public Comment –Mr. Saginor or Ms. Roth will discuss matters of interest—(CR’s, proposed projects, etc.) and answer questions from town committee members.

Part II: 7:45 – 9 P.M. CPC Member Workshop
- CPC Workshop for CPC members
- Approval of minutes
- Financial report/ discussion
- Discussion – Town meeting – articles etc.
- Discussion, publicity for town meeting
- Reports, Comments -- re: open projects
- Other business
Town Committee Members are invited to attend this CPC Meeting to learn more about how CPC benefits our community and to learn about CPC Updates. CPC Directors will answer questions during Part I of the evening.
