b. Status of request for legal counsel regarding whether there has been a violation of Charter and By-laws in the procurement of Capital items-Motor Vehicles. Whether the Town Administrator can assign the “interim” Accounting firm as the Town Accountant and said firm sit as a member of the Capital Planning Committee-is this allowed and is it the intent of Wareham’s Charter and By-laws?
