- Open Meeting
- Accept previous minutes
- Old Business:
- Discussion to determine committee position on all warrant articles that involve Capital items
- Review outline provide by David on duties of the Capital Planning Committee
- Request TA arrange for access to Dept. heads to discuss their Capital needs 5 yr plan
- Request TA arrange to have the Town Treasurer meet with the Committee to explain status of what type of funding or borrowing are options for Capital needs
- Per Charter requirement start preparation for report to Town Meeting and explanation/position on proposed Capital Items and any clarifications needed by Appointing Authority Chair Claire Smith.
- Discuss whether the committee will approve Mr. White filming meetings which would be televised on WCTV.
- Discuss procedures for requesting an item being put on the agenda
