a. continue talk on spring town meeting capital presentation

a. discussion with Mark Gifford on all building stock owned by Town and other non-rolling stock Capital items
b. review those items that will come under a leasing program and how review lease vs. purchase costs
c. discussion on presentation of full assessment Capital Plan for the Town and financial feasibility
d. discuss information provided by school department on their building stock
e. set program to inspect all building stock
