Meeting called to order at 10:10 a.m.
Members present: Mary Jane Pillsbury, Renee Fernandes-Abbott and Brenda Eckstrom
Members absent: Cynthia Parola, Bruce Sauvageau
Also present: Michael Hartman, Treasurer/Collector John Foster
Chairman Mary Jane Pillsbury requested a motion to elect a temporary clerk. Motion made and seconded to elect Renée Fernandes-Abbott as temporary clerk: 3-0-0.
Mr. Foster presented the information relative to the sale of $4,105,000 in Sewer Bonds dated September 15, 2005 to Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. at the price of $4,112,912.02 and accrued interest.
Motion made by Renee Fernandes-Abbott and seconded by Brenda Eckstrom to authorize the sale of the $4,105,000 Sewer Bonds of the Town dated September 15, 2005, to Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc at the price of $4,112,912.02 and accrued interest. The bonds shall be payable September 15 of the years and in the principal amounts or mandatory redemption payments and bear interest at the respective rates, as follows, subject to earlier redemption at the option of the Town as provided in the Preliminary Official Statement dated September 7, 2005:
