MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF BOARD OF SELECTMEN/SEWER COMMISSIONERS

The meeting was called to order at 2:10 P.M. by Clerk Bruce Sauvageau in the absence of Chairman Tropeano.

Present: Michael Hartman, Town Administrator
Others Present: William Driscoll, W.H. Maze Company
Richard Anderson, Realtor/Broker for W.H. Maze Company
Selectman Sauvageau turned over the meeting to Town Administrator Michael Hartman for details.
Mr. Hartman informed the board that all paperwork is in order and Selectman Pillsbury handed the check.
Discussion ensued relative to as of yet unnamed master plan committee to consist of the following: other staff as needed, Town Administrator ex officio - non voting rights, purchasing agent (1) Susan Pizzolato, Historical Commission, (1) successor organization to EDIC (2) Mary Jane Pillsbury and Cynthia K. Chamberlain, Selectmen (1) Planning member and (1) Wareham Village Association.
Mr. Driscoll returned checks due the town for past and future rent on behalf of W.H. Maze Company and other tenant, Bay Diving.
Mr. Driscoll presented the Board of Selectmen with a gift, an aerial picture of Tremont Nail taken in 1993.
The board thanked Mr. Driscoll for working with the town and helping secure this purchase for the revitalization of the downtown area.
Motion made by Selectman Pillsbury and seconded by Selectman Chamberlain to adjourn the meeting at 2:30 p.m.
