Item 3: Comprehensive Plan Action Plans
A discussion of goals for a planning consultant resulted in a general agreement that we need to develop an integrated but simplified goal that included growth areas, new roads, scenic areas. John agreed to wok on TDR (Transfer of Development Rights) language for the ordinance.
John stated that we need to be aware of possible development between the railroad and State Street and in the Davis pasture up to the pines. There was a general consensus that we need to be concerned with road access to the undeveloped areas of Veazie.
