Chris Cronan called the meeting to order @ 7:03 p.m.

Consideration of Minutes:
-Chris Cronan moved to accept the February 4, 2002 minutes as corrected
-Terry Studley seconded the motion. All members were in favor.
Item 1: Continued – Public Hearing on the Dalton Subdivision – To be continued to April 1:
-Chris Cronan moved to continue the Public Hearing to April 1, 2002
-Terry Studley seconded the motion. – All members were in favor.
Item 2: Open Space Discussion:
-Chris Cronan moved to adjourn the Planning Board meeting @7:15 p.m.
-The Board held a workshop on the open space issue.
