1. PUBLIC HEARING
There were no members of the public present. Interim Code Enforcement Officer Millard Billings canceled the Public Hearing at 6:04 PM.
2. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Mike Ryan called the March 31, 2016 meeting to order at 6:05 PM.
3. ROLL CALL
Present were Chairman Mike Ryan, Planning Board Members Linda Graham, Valerie Haynes, Wayne Patton and Gus Young, Interim CEO Millard Billings, and Recording Secretary Jan Sprague.
4. ADJUSTMENTS/ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. Set Date for Public Hearing to hear public comments on proposed ordinance amendments.
No Date set.
B. Set Date for meeting to look at ordinance revisions that aren’t ready yet.
Note: Planning Board Member Spencer Ervin to chair the April 26, 2016 meeting, since Chairman Mike Ryan will be absent.
5. NEW BUSINESS: None
6. SET DATE FOR NEXT MEETING: April 12, 2016, 6 PM.
7. ADJOURN
Motion to adjourn at 6:10 PM by Chairman Mike Ryan, 2nd by Planning Board Member Linda Graham. Motion passed 5-0.
