REGULAR MEETING
SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
November 10, 2014
A REGULAR MEETING was held by the Small Cities Committee of the City Council & WPC Authority in Room 215 on Monday, November 10, 2014.
Those in attendance included City Councilors Paul Samele and Drake Waldron. City Councilor Christopher Anderson was absent.
Chairman Waldron called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m.
Project 143-334
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project 143-334 and to recommend its acceptance to City Council. Councilor Waldron compared the project cost of $28,850 to the home equity of $90,000.
Project 143-395
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project 143-395 and to recommend its acceptance to City Council. Councilor Waldron noted that although there is no equity, this emergency heating project cost is $3,400.
Add to Agenda
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Samele, the Committee voted unanimously to add to the agenda.
Project 143-341
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project 143-341 and to recommend its acceptance to City Council. Councilor Waldron said this is an addition of $250 to the $25,000 project approved on September 9, 2014.
Adjournment
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:24 p.m.
