REGULAR MEETING
SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
September 15, 2014
A REGULAR MEETING was held by the Small Cities Committee of the City Council & WPC
Authority in Room 215 on Monday, September 15, 2014.
Those in attendance included City Councilors Paul Samele and Drake Waldron. City Councilor Christopher Anderson was absent.
Chairman Waldron called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.
Project 143-325 - Tarter
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project 143-325 and to recommend its acceptance to City Council.
Project 143-350 - Carbone
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project 143-350 and to recommend its acceptance to City Council.
Project 143-341 - Relva
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project 143-341 and to recommend its acceptance to City Council.
Other Business
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve the subordination of a Small Cities Loan with a temporary number of Project B1266-Bezio and to recommend its acceptance to City Council. The subordination will allow the possibility of refinancing which will prevent the City from losing its money due to foreclosure.
Adjournment
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:20 p.m.
