Monday March 18, 2013 - Small Cities Committee, Room 215
In attendance: Drake Waldron & Paul Samele, Jr.
Absent: Marie Soliani
Meeting was opened at 4:48 pm by Chairman Drake Waldron. Item # 1, subordination of two mortgages for a home at 45 Talbot St., Torrington, CT, was presented to the committee and discussed. A motion was made by Paul Samele, Jr. and seconded by Drake Waldron to recommend to the City Council that this subordination be approved.
On a motion by Paul Samele, Jr., seconded by Drake Waldron, and with no other business presented to this committee, the meeting was adjourned at 4:52 pm.
