MINUTES

Monday October 1, 2012 - Small Cities Committee City Hall, Room 215
In addendance: Drake Waldron, Paul Samele, Jr., Marie Soliani
Meeting was opened at 6:13 pm by Chairman Drake Waldron. Item # 1 Project 143-32 for emergency roof Replacement to a home at 26 Hodges Hill Road Torrington, CT. was presented to the committe and discussed. A motion was made by Paul Samele, Jr and seconded by Marie Soliani to recommend to the City Council that this above project be approved.
Item #2 A request for subordination on property at 40 Homestead Road in Torrington, CT. was presented and discussed by this committee. Motion made by Paul Samele, Jr and seconded by Marie Soliani to recommend to the City Council that approval of this subordination be passed.
With no other business presented to this committee. Chairman Waldron adjourned the meeting at 6:25 pm.
