MINUTES
MONDAY, APRIL 2, 2012
Present were Chair Drake Waldron, Councilors Marie Soliani and Corporation Counsel Ernestine Yuille Weaver.
The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m.
On a motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Waldron the Committee voted to recommend Project 143-308 to the Council for consideration and approval.
On a motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted to recommend Project 143-309 to the Council for consideration and approval.
On a motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted to recommend Project 143-310 to the Council for consideration and approval.
It was discussed that all of the projects approved had excellent loan to equity ratios. It was questioned whether the Committee would want to consider projects with 85/15 loan to equity ratio so that more people would be able to participate in the program. As discussed, the Committee agreed to consider projects with less equity. Corporation Counsel would share that information with L.Wagner Associates as they perform the screening of the applicants.
There being no other business upon a motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Waldron, the meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
