SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
MINUTES
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 6:18 p.m.
Present were Chair Drake Waldron, Councilor Marie Solani, and Councilor Michael Colangelo.
On a motion by Councilor Solani seconded by Councilor Colangelo, the Committee voted unanimously to recommend to the full council approval of Small Cities project 143-278 consisting of $11,936.00 for two boilers and one hot water heater for 58 Pearl Street. The house has an equity value of $58,000.
There being no other business the meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
