REGULAR MEETING
SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
November 16, 2015
A REGULAR MEETING was held by the Small Cities Committee of the City Council & WPC Authority on Monday, November 16, 2015.
City Councilors Drake Waldron, Christopher Anderson and Paul Samele were present, along with Corporation Counsel Ray Rigat.
The meeting was called to order at 6:18 p.m.
Project #143-392
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project #143-392 and to make a favorable recommendation to City Council. Councilor Waldron noted that this is for $5372 in roofing, on a property with $50,000 in equity.
Adjournment
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:19 p.m.
