REGULAR MEETING
SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
November 2, 2015
A REGULAR MEETING was held by the Small Cities Committee of the City Council & WPC Authority on Monday, November 2, 2015.
City Councilor Drake Waldron was present. City Councilor Christopher Anderson participated via telephone. City Councilor Paul Samele was absent.
The meeting was called to order at 3:42 p.m.
Project #143-327
On a motion by Councilor Anderson, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project #143-327 and to make a favorable recommendation to City Council.
Release Lien: Rapsilber
On a motion by Councilor Anderson, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement for the release of a Small Cities lien, and for the release of a lien regarding the Estate of Rapsilber, and to make a favorable recommendation to City Council.
Adjournment
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Anderson, the Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 3:46 p.m.
