SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
September 21, 2015
A REGULAR MEETING was held by the Small Cities Committee of the City Council & WPC Authority on Monday, September 21, 2015.
City Councilors Christopher Anderson and Drake Waldron participated.
The meeting was called to order at 6:18 p.m.
Project #143-348, Change Order
On a motion by Councilor Anderson, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve a change order to Project #143-348 for an additional $91.00, and to make a favorable recommendation to City Council.
Add to Agenda
On a motion by Councilor Anderson, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to add to the agenda.
Project #143-339, Change Order
On a motion by Councilor Anderson, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve a change order to Project #143-339 for an additional $1198.00, and to make a favorable recommendation to City Council.
Adjournment
On a motion by Councilor Anderson, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:21 p.m.
