SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
July 20, 2015
A REGULAR MEETING was held by the Small Cities Committee of the City Council & WPC Authority in the Room 215 on Monday, July 20, 2015.
Those in attendance included City Councilors Christopher Anderson, Paul Samele and Drake Waldron.
The meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m.
Subordination
On a motion by Councilor Anderson, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve a loan subordination for 1189 E. Main St. and to make a favorable recommendation to City Council.
Project #143-371
On a motion by Councilor Anderson, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve a payment of $800 from account #277 to Safe Homes, Inc. of Waterbury, CT for Lead Paint Testing on Project #143-371, and to make a favorable recommendation to City Council.
Adjournment
On a motion by Councilor Anderson, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:22 p.m.
