REGULAR MEETING
SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
April 6, 2015
A REGULAR MEETING was held by the Small Cities Committee of the City Council & WPC
Authority in the City Hall Auditorium on Monday, April 6, 2015.
Those in attendance included City Councilors Paul Samele and Drake Waldron. City Councilor Christopher Anderson was absent.
Chairman Waldron called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m.
142 Visconti Ave.
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve a subordination of loans for 142 Visconti Ave. and to make a favorable recommendation to City Council.
Adjournment
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Anderson, the Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:24 p.m.
