PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
FEBRUARY 22, 2010
A Regular Meeting of the Personnel Committee of the City Council & WPC Authority was held in City Hall Room 224 on Tuesday, February 22, 2011.
Those in attendance included City Councilors Gregg Cogswell, Elinor Carbone, Gerald Zordan, Personnel Director Thomas Gritt, Public Works Director Gerald Rollett, Superintendent of Streets Robert Lizotte, Local 1579 President David Kissko, and Public Works Vice President Troy LaMere.
The meeting opened at 6:00 pm for the purpose of discussing Public Works Grievance #10-08.
The meeting recessed at 6:30 pm, as a City Council Public Hearing was previously scheduled. After the Public Hearing, the meeting reconvened in open session at 6:40 pm.
Committee members Cogswell and Carbone recommended this grievance be denied, and Committee member Zordan recommended it be upheld.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 pm.
