Regular Meeting
Monday, September 9, 2013
The meeting was called to order at 05:34pm. Councilors Zordan, Soliani, and Cogswell were present. Also present was Raymond Rigat, Corporation Council.
Item 1: Discussion of proposed change of ordinance (75-3) allowing for the sale of beer at Fussenich Park. Following draft changes to the proposed ordinance, Councilperson Soliani moved that the draft ordinance be brought before the City Council with a recommendation for a public hearing on the proposed change. Councilman Cogswell seconded the motion. Discussion followed. Councilman Cogswell stated that while he was recommending that the draft change of ordinance be recommended for public hearing, he was not necessarily agreeing to the change. The motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Cogswell moved to adjourn, which was seconded by Councilperson Soliani. The motion to adjourn passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 5:59pm.
