ORDINANCE SUBCOMMITTEE

Meeting called to order at 5:36 pm by Chairman Jerry Zordan.
Present: Councilor Jerry Zordan and Councilor Marie P Soliani.
Absent: Councilor Craig Cogswell. Also present: Ray Drew Director WPCA.
Only agenda item:~ Changes to Sewer User Ordinance.~ An in-depth presentation and discussion were given by Ray Drew regarding the cleaning up of language and/or deletions/additions in the Ordinance.
Suggestion was made by member Councilor Soliani for mass mailings to be sent to inform/update residents as to what items are acceptable or not acceptable for entrance into the sewer system.
Motion was made and seconded to bring the ordinance changes to the City Council and~to set a date for a public hearing.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:10 pm
