ORDINANCE SUBCOMMITTEE
Regular Meeting
Monday, May 6, 2013
The meeting was called to order at 05:34pm. Councilors Zordan, Soliani, and Cogswell were present.
Item 1: Discussion of proposed Amendment to Blight OrdinanceSection 161-4, et seq. Discussion of proposed changes. Brett Zuraitas, City Building Inspector, presented proposed draft. Raymond Rigat, Corporation Counsel, explained proposed changes, and made recommendations for slight changes to proposed Amendment.
Councilperson Soliani moved that the proposed Amendment, with slight changes, be presented to the City Council with a recommendation for a public hearing. Councilman Cogswell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Item 2. Other Business. No other business was discussed. Councilperson Soliani moved to adjourn, which was seconded by Councilman Cogswell. The motion to adjourn passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 6:13 pm.
