The meeting was called to order at 12:05 p.m.
Present were Chair Gerald Zordan, City Councilors Marie Soliani and Corporation Counsel Ernestine Weaver. Councilor Greg Cogswell joined telephonically
Municipal Option to Exempt Farm Buildings
The Ordinance Committee met to clarify the ordinance implementing an exemption for farm buildings. It was clarified that the ordinance was “per building” while the information that had been previously shared showed exemption “per farmer”. As there was no matter in controversy, there was no vote taken.
There being no further business on a motion by Marie Soliani, seconded by Greg Cogswell, the meeting adjourned at 12:15 p.m.
