MINUTES
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2011
The meeting was called to order at 5:58 p.m.
Present were Chair Gerald Zordan, City Councilors Marie Soliani and Gregg Cogswell, City Planner Martin Connor.
Schedule of fees for zoning and subdivision applications
Mr. Connor explained the proposal and background. Councilor Zordan asked who has paid these fees in the past. Councilor Soliani asked who would pay if the City asks for an inspection. Mr. Connor explained the City has paid in the past, and applicants would pay for inspections requested by the City. Councilor Cogswell asked if there would be exceptions where the City would be responsible for the fee. Mr. Connor stated there were none he knew of.
A motion to recommend the City Council hold a public hearing to amend Ordinance Chapter 144, Section 114-1, Schedule of fees for zoning and subdivision applications, was made by Councilor Cogswell, seconded by Councilor Soliani, and unanimously approved.
There being no further business on a motion by Councilor Cogswell, seconded by Councilor Soliani, the meeting adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
