Presentation by O&G regarding bids for Abatement, Demolition and General Trades. O&G will present their recommendation for contract award of each category.
Discussion/questions regarding information presented.
MRC vote to approve bid awards for Abatement, Demolition and General Trades.
MRC review/vote on approval of monitoring services required during abatement proceedings.
MRC vote to rebid plumbing portion of the project due to additional plumbing being added to the project.
O&G to present electrical package bid.
MRC to vote on electrical contract bid award.
