MINUTES
AUGUST 10, 2010
On August 10, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. The Board of Public Safety Budget Sub-Committee and Torrington Police Department met in the Office of the Chief of Police at 576 Main Street, Torrington, CT.
Present: Police Chief Michael Maniago, Deputy Chief Christopher Smedick, Commissioner Richard Zaharek, Commissioner Christopher Cook, and Personnel Director Tom Gritt.
Meeting was opened at 5:30 p.m.
Four individuals were interviewed for the position of police officer and conditional offers were extended to all. Background investigation on Matthew Gonska was reviewed by Commissioner Christopher Cook.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
