Vote to accept the minutes of the special meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the Police and Firemen's Pension Fund on June 11, 2012.

Vote to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held September 4, 2012.

Vote to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen's Pension Fund on November 13, 2012.

Vote to approve the retirement contribution refund of $29,117.40, including interest, to Glen McCullough, Highway Maintainer II for the Torrington Street Department, for the period October 25, 2004 through November 30, 2012.

Vote to accept the pension computation for Joseph Hill, Foreman for the Torrington Street Dept., effective November 1, 2012, after completing 26 years of service, with 1.75 years of military buy-back time for a total of 27 years.
