BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT FUND
AUGUST 2, 2010
A REGULAR MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund was held on Monday, August 2, 2010, in the City Hall Auditorium.
Those in attendance included Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, Corporation Counsel Ernestine Yuille Weaver, Treasurer Arthur Mattiello, members of the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund Richard Dalla Valle, Elinor Carbone, Gerald Zordan, Marie Soliani, Delisse Locher, Nancy Michna, Raymond Drew and Gail Gillette.
Members of the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund who were absent included Paul Samele, Jr., Drake Waldron, David Kissko, Angelo Alduini, David Prahm, and Mark Kugler.
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m.
MINUTES
On a motion by Councilor Dalla Valle, seconded by Councilor Carbone, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held June 21, 2010.
PENSION COMPUTATION: David Fenn
On a motion by Councilor Dalla Valle, seconded by Councilor Carbone, the Board voted unanimously to accept the pension computation for David Fenn, Custodian for the City of Torrington Board of Education, having completed 16 years of service with the City of Torrington, effective September 7, 2010.
BUSINESS
On a motion by Councilor Carbone, seconded by Councilor Soliani, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from the Board of Trustees.
Mayor Bingham said he’d have the Actuary proposals ready for a vote on August 16th.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Councilor Zordan, seconded by Councilor Dalla Valle, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:42 p.m.
