 MINUTES
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT FUND
APRIL 5, 2010
A   REGULAR   MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund was held on Monday, April 5, 2010, in the Main Room of the Senior Center.

Present were Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, Corporation Counsel Ernestine Yuille Weaver, members of the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund Richard Dalla Valle, Elinor Carbone, Paul Samele, Jr., Thomas Jerram, Marie Soliani, Drake Waldron, Arthur Mattiello and David Kissko.  Members Angelo Alduini, Mark Kugler, Gail Gillette,  Delisse Locher, Nancy Michna, Raymond Drew and David Prahm were absent.
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
MINUTES
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Soliani, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held December 21, 2009. Councilors Dalla Valle and Samele abstained.

MINUTES
On a motion by Councilor Soliani, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the special meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen's Pension Fund on December 21, 2009. Councilors Dalla Valle and Samele abstained.
PENSION COMPUTATION: J. Ziggiotto
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Dalla Valle, the Board, including Mr. Mattiello and Mr. Kissko, voted unanimously to accept the pension computation for Janet Ziggiotto, Parking Meter Attendant for the City of Torrington Traffic Division, having completed 6 years of service with the City of Torrington, effective March 31, 2010.

BUS: BOARD OF TRUSTEES
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Carbone, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from the Board of Trustees. No business was presented.

ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Councilor Jerram, seconded by Councilor Soliani, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:34 p.m.
