MINUTES BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT FUND DECEMBER 21, 2009

A REGULAR MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund was held on Monday, December 21, 2009, in the Main Room of the Senior Center.
Present were Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, Corporation Counsel Ernestine Yuille Weaver, members of the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund Thomas Jerram, Marie Soliani, Drake Waldron, Arthur Mattiello, Delisse Locher, Nancy Michna, Raymond Drew, and David Prahm, and City Clerk Joseph Quartiero. Members David Kissko, Angelo Alduini, Mark Kugler, Gail Gillette, Elinor Carbone, Paul Samele, and Richard Dalla Valle were absent.
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m.

MINUTES On a motion by Councilor Jerram, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held on August 17, 2009.

PENSION COMPUTATION: J. Richardson On a motion by Councilor Jerram, seconded by Councilor Soliani, the Board voted unanimously to accept the pension computation for Joseph Richardson, Custodian for the City of Torrington Board of Education, having completed 25 years of service with the City of Torrington.
BUS: BOARD OF TRUSTEES On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Soliani, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from the Board of Trustees. No business was presented.
ADJOURNMENT On a motion by Councilor Jerram, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:27 p.m.
