2. Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the Police and Firemen's Pension Fund on February 6, 2013.
3. Vote to accept the pension computation for Philip Widmer, Custodian for the Torrington Board of Education, who completed12 years of service and resigned on April 8, 1987. The pension will be effective on May 8, 2013, his 65th birthday,
4. Vote to consider business from Board of Trustees.
