Vote to accept the pension computation for Earle Tyler, Caretaker II for the City of Torrington Parks Department, effective July 14, 2011, after completing 28 years of service.

Vote to authorize the withdrawal of retirement funds for Michael Rosa, Custodian for the City of Torrington Board of Education, after having resigned on May 25, 2011.
