- Vote to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on October 18, 2010.
- Vote to approve the minutes of the special meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen’s Pension Fund on November 15, 2010.
- Vote to accept the pension computation for Gerri Maguda, Senior Clerk Typist/Court Liaison for the City of Torrington Police Department, having completed 17 years of service with the City of Torrington, effective December 31, 2010.
- Vote to accept the pension computation for Joseph Cosentino, former Manager of Engineering for the City of Torrington, having completed 8 years of service with the City, and leaving employment on May 31, 1999. His pension began November 15, 2010, his 65th birthday.
- Vote to consider business from Board of Trustees.
