BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT FUND
MONDAY, AUGUST 16, 2010
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARING AT 6:30 PM
CITY HALL AUDITORIUM
- Vote to approve the minutes of the special meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen’s Pension Fund on August 2, 2010.
- Vote to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held August 2, 2010.
- Vote to accept the recommendation of the committee formed from members of the Finance Department to award the Actuarial Services to EFI Actuaries, of Media, PA for the next three (3) fiscal years in the contracted amount of $16,704/$2,500/$17,750 which includes three (3) meetings per year for the valuation years and two (2) meetings in the non-valuation year, pending approval from the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund and the City Council.
- Discuss / Vote on request from George J. Michna, Jr. to remove all his contributions from the pension fund (up to $33,098.02).
- Vote to consider business from Board of Trustees.
