Vote to accept the Minutes of the Special Meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen's Pension Fund on July 27, 2009.

Vote to accept the pension computation for Gerald Bickford, Master Mechanic for the City of Torrington Water Pollution Control Department, effective August 4, 2009, after having completed 26 years of service with the City of Torrington with an additional 4 years under the Early Retirement Incentive Program, bringing him to 60 yrs of age for the pension calculation.
