Vote to accept the pension computation for David Barber, Custodian for the City of Torrington Board of Education, effective July 11, 2009, after having completed 26 years of service with the City of Torrington.

Vote to accept the pension computation for Anthony Bianchi, Highway Maintainer for the City of Torrington Street Department, effective May 27, 2009, after having completed 37 years of service with the City of Torrington, with an additional 1 year 7 months of military buy-in time and 4 years under the Early Retirement Incentive Program, for a total of 42 years.

Vote to accept the pension computation for John Steferak, Chief Construction Inspector for the City of Torrington Engineering Department, effective July 1, 2009, after having completed 31 years of service with the City of Torrington, with an additional 2 years of military buy-in time and 4 years under the Early Retirement Incentive Program, for a total of 37 years.

Vote to accept the pension computation for Richard Beloski, Engineering Assistant for the City of Torrington Engineering Department, effective July 1, 2009, after having completed 31 years of service with the City of Torrington, with an additional 4 years under the Early Retirement Incentive Program, for a total of 35 years.
