1. Vote to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held January 5, 2009.
2. Vote to accept the letter of retirement from Paul Skarupa, Highway Maintainer, effective January 13, 2009 after having completed 36 years of service with the City of Torrington and 3 years military buy-in time for a total of 39 years.
3. Vote to accept the pension computation for Paul Skarupa.
4. Vote to consider business presented by the Board of Trustees of the City Employees’ Retirement Fund.
