3. Vote to accept the letter of retirement from Michael Michaud, Fleet Manager, effective January 3, 2009 after having completed 35 years of service with the City of Torrington.
4. Vote to accept the pension computation for Michael Michaud.
5. Vote to consider business presented by the Board of Trustees of the City Employees’ Retirement Fund.
