1. Vote to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held 08/18/08.
2. Vote to accept the letter of retirement from Anthony Lucia, Caretaker for the City of Torrington Parks & Recreation Department after having completed 21 years of service and two years of military buy-in service for a total of 23 years.
3. Vote to accept the pension computation for Anthony Lucia.
4. Vote to consider business presented by the Board of Trustees of the City Employees’ Retirement Fund.
