MINUTES                                                                                                                         
REGULAR MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE POLICE & FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND
NOVEMBER 13, 2013               
          
                                                                    
A REGULAR   MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension Fund was held on Wednesday, November 13, 2013, in the City Hall Auditorium.

Those in attendance included Mayor Gerald Zordan, members of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension Fund Angelo LaMonica, Darlene Battle, Christopher Cook, Richard Zaharek, Douglas Benedetto and Robert Conforti, along with Police Officer Steven Kraznowski and Firefighter Edward Delisle and Police Officer Oscar Segui.  Fire Lt. Michael Soliani was absent.
  
Mayor Zordan called the meeting to order at 6:39 p.m.  

MINUTES
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner Cook, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on May 1, 2013.

On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner Conforti, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on October 2, 2013.

PENSION COMPUTATION:  R. Cerutti
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner Conforti, the Board voted unanimously to accept the pension computation effective October 14, 2013, for Richard Cerutti, Patrolman for the City of Torrington Police Department, after completing 18.92 years of service.

BUSINESS BY BOARD MEMBERS
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner Cook, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from the Board of Trustees.  No business was presented.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner Cook, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:42 p.m.
