MINUTES                                                                                                                         
REGULAR MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE POLICE & FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND
MAY 1, 2013               
                                                                              
A REGULAR   MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension Fund was held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, in the City Hall Auditorium.

Those in attendance included Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, Corporation Counsel Raymond Rigat, members of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension Fund Angelo LaMonica, Darlene Battle, Christopher Cook, Richard Zaharek, Douglas Benedetto, Police Officer Oscar Segui and Firefighter Edward Delisle.

Members James Potter, Police Lt. Michael Emanuel and Fire Lt. Michael Soliani were absent.
  
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.  

MINUTES
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner Zaharek, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held April 3, 2013.

PENSION COMPUTATION:  L. Hepburn
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner LaMonica, the Board voted unanimously to accept the pension computations effective April 1, 2013, for Lawrence Hepburn, Training Officer for the City of Torrington Fire Department, after completing 25 years of service.

PENSION COMPUTATION:  K. Anders
On a motion by Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner Benedetto, the Board voted unanimously to accept the pension computations effective March 26, 2013, for Kerwin Anders, Lieutenant for the City of Torrington Police Department, after completing 26 years of service, including sick time credit.

BUSINESS BY BOARD MEMBERS
On a motion by Commissioner Battle, seconded by Commissioner Benedetto, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from the Board of Trustees.  No business was presented.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner LaMonica, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:32 p.m.
