MINUTES                                                                                                                         
REGULAR MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE POLICE & FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND
February 6, 2013               
                                                                              
A REGULAR MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension Fund was held on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, in the City Hall Auditorium.

Those in attendance included Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, Corporation Counsel Raymond Rigat, City Treasurer Arthur Mattiello, members of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension Fund Angelo LaMonica, Darlene Battle, James Potter, Christopher Cook, Richard Zaharek Douglas Benedetto, Police Lt. Michael Emanuel, Police Officer Oscar Segui, and Fire Lt. Michael Soliani.  Personnel Director Thomas Gritt was also present.

Member Edward Delisle was absent.  
   
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m.  

MINUTES
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner Battle, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held December 5, 2012.

AMENDED PENSION COMPUTATIONS AND RETRO PAYMENTS
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner Cook, the Board voted unanimously to accept the amended pension computations and retro payments for Joseph Fioretti, Kevin Hayes and Timothy Schapp after Grievance Settlements 12-08, 12-01 and 12-07.    Mr. Gritt said the grievances were regarding tuition & education stipends.  Lt. Soliani asked if pensions will be deducted from future education incentive payments to Fire Department employees.  Mr. Gritt replied that it will.
 
BUSINESS BY BOARD MEMBERS
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner LaMonica, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from the Board of Trustees.  No business was presented.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner LaMonica, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:38 p.m.
