REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE POLICE & FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND
December 5, 2012
A REGULAR MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension Fund was held on Wednesday, December 5, 2012, in the City Hall Auditorium.
Those in attendance included Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, Corporation Counsel Raymond Rigat, City Treasurer Arthur Mattiello, members of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension Fund Angelo LaMonica, Darlene Battle, Doug Benedetto, James Potter, and Christopher Cook, Police Officer Oscar Segui, Fire Lt. Michael Soliani and Fire Fighter Edward Delisle. Members Richard Zaharek and Police Lt. Michael Emanuel were absent.
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
MINUTES
On a motion by Mrs. Battle, seconded by Mr. LaMonica, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the City Employees' Retirement Fund on November 13, 2012.
On a motion by Mr. Potter, seconded by Mr. LaMonica, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held November 13, 2012.
PENSION COMPUTATION: J. RECCHINI
On a motion by Mr. Potter, seconded by Mrs. Battle, the Board voted unanimously to accept the pension computation for John Recchini, Sergeant for the Torrington Police Department, having completed 25 years of service, effective November 10, 2012.
BUSINESS BY BOARD MEMBERS
On a motion by Mr. Potter, seconded by Mr. Cook, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from the Board of Trustees. No business was presented.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner LaMonica, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:31 p.m.
