MINUTES                                                                                                                         
REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE POLICE & FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND
November 13, 2012               
                                                                              

A REGULAR  MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension  Fund was held on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, in the City Hall Auditorium.

Those in attendance included Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, Corporation Counsel Raymond Rigat, City Treasurer Arthur Mattiello, members of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension Fund Angelo LaMonica, Darlene Battle, Richard Zaharek, Doug Benedetto, James Potter, Christopher Cook, Fire Lt. Michael Soliani and Fire Fighter Edward Delisle.
Anthony Tranghese of Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC was also present.
Members Police Lt. Michael Emanuel and Police Officer Oscar Segui were absent.  

Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.  
 
MINUTES
On a motion by Mr. Cook, seconded by Mrs. Battle, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the City Employees' Retirement Fund on May 7, 2012.

On a motion by Mr. Benedetto, seconded by Mrs. Battle, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes
of the regular meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the City Employees' Retirement Fund on August 1, 2012.

On a motion by Mr. Benedetto, seconded by Mr. LaMonica, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held August 1, 2012.

PENSION INCREASES AND RETRO PAYMENTS
On a motion by Mr. Cook, seconded by Mr. Benedetto, the Board voted unanimously to accept the pension increases and retro payments noted in Comptroller Alice Proulx's letters dated October 29, 2012 for Corinne Silano, Robert Shopey, Richard Good, John Newkirk, and Ronald Currier due to the settlement of Grievance #12-6.

BUSINESS BY BOARD MEMBERS
On a motion by Mrs. Battle, seconded by Mr. Benedetto, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from the Board of Trustees.  No business was presented.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner LaMonica, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:33 p.m.
