MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE POLICE AND FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND
July 10, 2012
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Police and Firemen's Pension Fund was held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 in the City Hall Auditorium.

Mayor Ryan Bingham opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
Present were Mayor Ryan Bingham, Members of the Board of Trustees of the Police and Firemen's Pension Fund Douglas Benedetto, Christopher Cook, James Potter,   Angelo LaMonica, Richard Zaharek, Darlene Battle and Police Officer Oscar Segui.

MINUTES
On a motion by Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner Benedetto, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held June 6, 2012.

On a motion by Commissioner Potter, seconded by Commissioner Benedetto, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the special meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the City Employees' Retirement Fund on June 11, 2012.  

ACCEPT RETIREMENT COMPUTATION: T. Schapp
On a motion by Commissioner Potter, seconded by Commissioner Cook, the Board voted unanimously to accept the pension computation for Timothy Schapp, Firefighter for the City of Torrington Fire Department, effective June 3, 2012, after having completed 27 years of service.
ACCEPT RETIREMENT COMPUTATION:  R. Good
On a motion by Commissioner Potter, seconded by Commissioner Benedetto, the Board voted unanimously to accept the pension computation for Richard Good, Detective for the City of Torrington Police Department, effective May 31, 2012, after having completed 32 years of service.

BUSINESS
On a motion by Commissioner Zaharek, seconded by Commissioner Battle, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from Board of Trustees. No business was presented.

ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner LaMonica, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:02 pm.
