Timeline exercise completed to review the scope of work the collaborative has undertaken & to highlight the changing early childhood landscape

How do we improve the outcomes for our children and families? Updated Plan at a Glance documents were distributed. Noted that our Memorial Fund Liaison is a coach to help us along in the process.

Our Future: Plan for Growth, Sustainability & Succession Planning
Budget Status- Discovery efforts end June 30th 2015 or June 30th 2016, dependent upon Governor’s forthcoming response to request from
the Memorial Fund to extend partnership another year to aid in transition for communities. Year to date budget distributed to the group.
Role of Steering Committee discussed.
Next Steps-Future Meeting Dates
New schedule proposed due to conflicts on Mondays.
Next meeting will be Friday, March 13th.
