Agenda:
- Motion to open the meeting.
- Approval of Minutes of the Meeting of 01.14.11.
- A discussion on the decision relating to the BOE Administrative Offices relocation site and associated tasks effected by the decision e.g. motor pool, city office space, disposition of current BOE building – BOE member in attendance.
- Review of BRC task list assignments. – Mr. Nocera
- Presentation of scheduled feedback and/or completion dates~assigned to the task list. – Ms. Purcell
- Submission to the commission for a vote to approve: recommendation to the Mayor that he refer specific employee suggestions, as outlined, to the appropriate department heads for action as part of their position responsibility. Mr. Nocera will present the document for commission approval.
