Minutes November 7, 2012
Members Present: Sharon Waagner, Jessica Hodorski, Steve Criss, Jacque Williams, Sally Bergad, Gail Kruppa

Commissioner Criss called the meeting to order at 10:03 am
Commissioner Criss made the motion to open the meeting to the public and Commissioner Hodorski seconded the motion.
Commissioner Waagner made the motion to approve minutes from September 26, 2012. Commissioner Hordorski seconded the motion. The motion carried.
- Motion to add nomination for Secretary to the Agenda.
Commisisoner Criss made the motion to, Commissioner Hodorski seconded the motion, motion carried.
- Motion to nominate Sally Bergad as Secretary.
Commisioner Waagner made the motion, Commissioner Hodorski seconded the motion. Motion carried.
- Commission Vacancy: Discussions concerning vacancy left by Diane Consolini. They Mayor has appointed Kimberly Fazzino. Discussion surrounded what other vacancies were up ensued.
- Light Up Main: The annual city event will be held on November 23, Gail from the historical society expressed interest in using the fire pits from the Harvest festival. Food vendors from MSMP will participate this year.
- Policy and Procedure. Commissioner Criss will schedule a meeting concerning policy and procedure concerning time limits for commissioners, and new initiatives.
- Pop Art Initiative: Kari Chapman told us of her plans to start pop-up exhibits, with the possibility of opening the first one in January. She is currently discussing locations with the Downtown Partners.
- Artspace: A new exhibit will open on Friday November 16 from 6:00-8:00 PM.
Having no further business the meeting was adjourned at 11:30 am
